Men

Men's Health and Couples

Book with pen and candle

Let me guess.  You are a family man, or want to be.  You work, you provide, and from the outside looking in, you have nothing to complain about.  Maybe you think you should just be able to deal with it or you’ll just stick it out for one more day.

Meanwhile, you’re exhausted and irritable.  Maybe you get into conflicts with your partner, coworkers, or your kids, then you regret it because you know you should handle it differently.  Maybe you have a mental health diagnosis, or maybe not, but either way, life isn’t supposed to be this hard.

And you’ve tried everything.  You know there is more to life than this. You are capable of more, more loving, maybe being more spiritual, a closer connection with your partner, more success at work, more sleep, more exercise, more sex, and more security.  You also want to drink less, react less strongly, spend less, eat less, less pornography, less doom-scrolling on your screens, or less of whatever else secret addictive obsessions that consume parts of your life.

Whatever your life looks like, or you want it to look like, I get it.  You are capable of more, deserve more, and belong here.  Well, not here.  Nobody wants to be in therapy, but we want to grow and be stronger.  You deserve to be there, who you are, and loved for it. Let’s find that together.
